Hereinafter, "Stampoo", "we", "us", or "the owner".
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, download of, registration for, and use of the Stampoo mobile application and its related services.
By downloading, registering for, or using Stampoo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
3. Service description
Stampoo is a mobile platform aimed at:
- discovering places, venues, creators, and routes;
- claiming digital stamps linked to real experiences;
- keeping history and memories associated with claims;
- following profiles and participating in internal social features;
- allowing certain users to create, publish, or manage stamps, routes, and venues;
- offering, where applicable, paid Creator Pro features.
4. Requirements for use
To use certain Stampoo features, you must:
- have sufficient legal capacity to accept these terms;
- provide truthful, current, and complete information;
- keep your login credentials safe;
- use the app in accordance with the law, good faith, and these terms.
We may suspend or restrict access where there are reasonable indications of fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or service-inconsistent use.
5. User account
5.1 Sign-up and login
You may access Stampoo through the authentication methods enabled at any given time, including email and password or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your credentials confidential;
- all activity carried out through your account, unless you prove unauthorized access not attributable to you;
- notifying us without delay of any unauthorized use or suspicion that your account has been compromised.
5.2 Accuracy of information
You agree not to create accounts using false data, someone else's identity, or misleading information.
6. Acceptable use rules
It is not permitted to:
- use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
- attempt to bypass technical controls, validations, or system restrictions;
- manipulate locations, QR flows, or claim mechanics to obtain stamps fraudulently;
- access, modify, or attempt to extract other users' data without authorization;
- upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or violates intellectual property;
- interfere with the security, stability, or operation of Stampoo;
- use bots, unauthorized automations, or scraping techniques;
- impersonate third parties or claim an affiliation with venues, creators, or entities without authorization.
7. Stamp claims and system truthfulness
The core idea of Stampoo is that stamps reflect real experiences.
Therefore:
- claiming stamps may depend on technical checks such as location, GPS accuracy, valid QR codes, expiration windows, device permissions, and backend checks;
- we do not guarantee that every claim will be possible at every time, place, or device;
- a claim attempt may be rejected if validation, security, or system integrity conditions are not met;
- Stampoo may review, invalidate, limit, or block behavior we consider fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the service's purpose.
Stamps are functional digital elements within the Stampoo ecosystem and do not constitute property titles, negotiable securities, financial assets, or transferable rights.
8. User content
You may contribute content to the app, for example:
- profile photo;
- bio or links;
- stamp artwork;
- claim memories;
- support messages and attachments;
- creator application information;
- editorial or descriptive content for routes, stamps, or venues when you have permission to do so.
You guarantee that:
- you own the content you upload or have sufficient rights to use it;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights;
- the content complies with the law and these terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as necessary to operate the service, to reproduce, host, store, technically adapt, display, and communicate that content solely for the purpose of providing Stampoo and its related functionalities.
9. Historical content, archived data, and deleted accounts
Stampoo may retain, archive, or anonymize certain content and historical records where necessary to:
- preserve the integrity of other users' histories;
- preserve the truthfulness of claims already made;
- prevent inconsistencies in routes, certificates, passport history, or memories;
- comply with legal obligations or defend claims.
In particular, if a creator deletes their account, part of the content linked to third parties may remain archived or anonymized instead of disappearing immediately.
10. Creator access, venues, and special roles
Certain Stampoo features are only available to users with specific permissions, such as creators, admins, or authorized members of a venue.
Granting, reviewing, maintaining, or removing those permissions may depend on:
- application and manual review processes;
- compliance with internal product rules;
- payment of an active subscription where applicable;
- conduct in accordance with these terms.
Stampoo may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke those permissions where necessary for operations, security, or product policy.
11. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
11.1 Creator Pro
Stampoo may offer paid plans, including Creator Pro, through App Store in-app purchases.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method management are also governed by Apple's terms and by the applicable in-app purchase system rules.
11.2 Renewal and cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer:
- subscriptions may renew automatically;
- you may manage or cancel renewal through your Apple account;
- cancellation prevents future renewals, but normally does not remove already-paid access until the end of the current period;
- certain features may be limited or disabled if the subscription expires, enters billing trouble, or is no longer active.
11.3 Price or product changes
We may modify, replace, expand, or remove plans, features, limits, or commercial conditions to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
12. Privacy and personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Stampoo Privacy Policy, which forms a complementary part of these terms.
13. Service availability
We try to keep Stampoo available and operational, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, total absence of errors, or uninterrupted performance.
We may:
- update the app;
- modify features;
- carry out maintenance tasks;
- suspend or permanently remove parts of the service temporarily or indefinitely;
- introduce technical, functional, or geographic limits.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Stampoo is provided "as is" and subject to availability;
- we do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors, delays, downtime, or incompatibilities;
- we are not liable for failures attributable to third parties, networks, Apple, device systems, external providers, or improper user use;
- we are not liable for lost profits, loss of opportunity, indirect damages, or consequences arising from use inconsistent with these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing above excludes or limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.
15. Measures in case of breach
We may adopt, without prior notice where the seriousness justifies it, measures such as:
- warning the user;
- removing content;
- blocking claims or specific features;
- suspending special permissions;
- suspending or cancelling accounts;
- preserving evidence of the breach;
- cooperating with authorities where legally required.
16. Intellectual property
All rights over the app, its code, design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and Stampoo's own elements belong to the owner or its licensors.
No intellectual property right is granted to the user beyond a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.
17. Third-party links and services
The app may integrate or link to third-party services, including Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, or external links introduced by users.
We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third parties outside our control.
18. Leaving the service and deleting your account
You may stop using Stampoo at any time and request deletion of your account where applicable.
Account deletion does not necessarily imply the immediate and absolute deletion of all records where there is a legitimate reason to retain them, such as:
- legal compliance;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- historical integrity of claims and content linked to third parties;
- defense against claims.
19. Changes to the terms
We may modify these terms to adapt them to legal, technical, operational, or product changes. The updated version will be published with a new revision date.
Continued use of Stampoo after the changes take effect will imply acceptance of the updated terms, unless applicable law requires a different mechanism.
